Walnut Toffee Blondies
This is a classic blondie recipe that has lots of flavor and lots of optional chunks in it. I used All Purpose Flour, walnuts and toffee chips. The recipe gives you many flavor combos as long as you use the same amount of chunks, nuts, and flour of choice. Yum!
*Tip: Mix really well before you add the chunks. If all the flour isn't incorporated it will find the nooks in your chunks and you will have weird raw flour spots.
*Tip: Don't cut the pieces until the flat has cooled mostly or it will get messy.
*Tip: Use tinfoil in your pan then grease it lightly. Your can then slide the tinfoil with the flat of blondies onto the cooling rack. Let it cool slightly then you can tear the tinfoil in half and slide it out from under the flat.
