Inspection
We received a pink slip on the door yesterday. The girls have been counted in the state farm animal census. Their little 4’X6’ house also passed “barn” inspection.

You have a census for farm animals? Not sure if I've ever heard of that, and I couldn't even tell you if we have one in Virginia! lol. Love the pics of your hens, they're so pretty.
ReplyDeleteHi StaceyJeanette, I believe the reasoning behind it is if there is some kind of breakout or something they can tell everyone with the kind of animal effected. It's also to make sure that all farm animals are housed appropriately. Some people just shouldn't have animals or "need guidance" we'll say. Thank you for the compliment on the girls. I'm always impressed by them myself :)
